I founded gabyz.prepz with one goal in mind: to provide convenient nutritional meals that help people develop a healthy relationship with food that is yummy and salutary. All meals are made ready to consume and contain protein, veggies, and carbohydrates. I want people to learn to enjoy eating healthy rather than labeling it as a "diet". Dieting is out and healthy eating is in. Whether you want to start eating healthy, don't know how to cook, don't have the time or just don't want to, I am here to help.  Thank you.
